Let me convey these best wishes to you and the Thai community in Switzerland on the occasion of the National Day of the Kingdom of Thailand.
 
After months of uncertainty, we take a moderately optimistic view of the future and we can assess that the global crisis has not changed anything in the excellent and friendly relations between our two nations.
 
Next year Switzerland and Thailand will celebrate the 90th anniversary of bilateral relations. I look forward to our celebrations together, under normal circumstances.
 
And may we celebrate Thailand's national day together again in person in the usual format in 2021!
