สถานเอกอัครราชทูต ณ กรุงเบิร์น จัดโครงการส่งเสริมครัวไทยสู่ครัวโลกในสมาพันธรัฐสวิส ประจำปี 2562 (Thai Kitchen to the World 2019)

                   ภายใต้โครงการ Thai Kitchen to the World ประจำปี 2562 เมื่อวันที่ 8 กันยายน 2562 สถานเอกอัครราชทูต ณ กรุงเบิร์น ได้ร่วมกับโรงแรม Bellevue Palace ซึ่งเป็นโรงแรมระดับ 5 ดาวที่เก่าแก่และมีชื่อเสียงอันดับ 1 ของกรุงเบิร์นจัดงานบุปเฟต์ (Brunch Buffet) อาหารไทย โดยได้เชิญเชฟศุภพิชญ์ โอภาสวิศัลย์ อาจารย์สอนทำอาหารไทยประจำโรงเรียน Le Cordon Bleu Dusit Culinary School ไปสอนและประกอบอาหารในงานดังกล่าวร่วมกับพ่อครัวของโรงแรมฯ โดยมีชาวสวิสและชาวต่างชาติที่สนใจเข้าร่วมรับประทานบุปเฟต์อาหารไทยรวมประมาณ 100 คน โดยต่างชื่นชมรสชาติที่กลมกล่อมและรายการอาหารไทยที่หลากหลายเป็นอย่างมาก

                   นอกจากนี้ เมื่อวันที่ 10 และ 12 กันยายน 2562 สถานเอกอัครราชทูตฯ ได้เชิญเชฟศุภพิชญ์ฯ ไปสาธิตและสอนการทำอาหารและขนมไทยให้แก่นักเรียนของสถาบัน Culinary Arts Academy Switzerland (CAAS) เมือง Lucerne และสถาบัน Culinary Arts Academy Switzerland (CAAS) เมือง Le Bouveret ซึ่งมีนักเรียนของโรงเรียนทั้งสองแห่งรวม 75 คนเข้าร่วม โดยต่างมีความสนใจในเทคนิคและวัตถุดิบในการปรุงอาหาร รวมทั้งชื่มชอบและกระตือรือร้นที่จะเรียนรู้อาหารไทยที่มีความหลากหลายและรสชาติที่กลมกล่อมอย่างมาก

                        Under the Thai Kitchen to the World 2019, the Royal Thai Embassy in Bern organized series of activities to promote Thai cuisine in Switzerland by inviting Chef Supapit Opatvisan, Thai Cuisine Chef Instructor, Le Cordon Bleu Dusit Culinary School to showcase Thai Cuisine in Switzerland. On 8 September 2019, the Royal Thai Embassy organized a Thai Buffet Brunch at Hotel Bellevue Palace, a traditional 5-star hotel in Bern. Around 100 Swiss and foreigner guests, who attended at the Brunch, were impressed with and enjoyed having various Thai food and desserts, prepared and cooked by Chef Supapit on that day.

                        In addition, on 10 and 12 September 2019, Chef Supapit conducted workshop and cooking demonstration of Thai food and dessert to the instructors and students of the Culinary Arts Academy Switzerland, in Lucerne campus and in Le Bouveret campus, respectively. The 75 instructors and students participated in the activities, have shown their interest in Thai cooking tips and techniques as well as fundamental ingredients of Thai cooking, and most importantly were impressed and enthusiastic to learn more about Thai cuisine and its well-balanced flavors.
